Durante el 16 y 17 de mayo del 2019, se llevó a cabo el 3er Simposio REMAX Comercial en la ciudad de Querétaro, donde más de 150 Asesores Comerciales, tanto RE/MAX como de otras empresas inmobiliarias, se reunieron para disfrutar de más de 10 conferencias especializadas en el sector de bienes raíces industriales.

Uno de los conferencistas fue Doug Winfrey, Brand Manager de REMAX Commercial a nivel Internacional, quien nos compartió el crecimiento de RE/MAX Commercial alrededor del mundo y por supuesto México presenta incrementos sumamente interesantes.

Este es texto que Doug nos comparte con respecto al crecimiento de la división comercial, esperamos lo disfrutes.

The RE/MAX Commercial Network enjoyed another year of solid growth in 2018, with the global network closing over 36,500 commercial transactions worth $14.6B USD. This was up from 32,900+ transactions worth $13.4B USD in 2017, representing growth of nearly 10% in one year. This came after a year of even more impressive transaction growth within the network, where RE/MAX Commercial saw an increase of over 30% in both the number and value of commercial transactions closed from year-end 2016 to year-end 2017.

RE/MAX Commercial hasn’t only seen growth in the number and value of commercial transactions closed on a yearly basis, we’ve also seen steady growth in the size of our network as well. We ended 2018 with over 3,400 Commercial Practitioners in the network, up over 400 Practitioners in under four years. Our network has also increased its global footprint: we had 73 countries and territories with an established RE/MAX Commercial presence at the end of last year, up from 67 countries with a commercial presence at the end of 2017.

So what’s led to the increase in the size and production of the Global RE/MAX Commercial network? First and foremost, commercial real estate professionals are drawn to the entrepreneurial network and freedom to do business “your way” that the RE/MAX Commercial network offers. RE/MAX doesn’t limit the scope of commercial transactions that our network can participate in: we encourage our practitioners to go after any type of commercial business that they like. Practitioners are also drawn to the maximum-commission concept that the RE/MAX organization was founded on: our network is perfect for those entrepreneurs who want to keep more of what they earn.

Outside of commission splits and the freedom to work any property type preferred, the size and scope of RE/MAX attracts commercial real estate professionals who want to be part of large network that truly is worldwide. Commercial Practitioners with RE/MAX have access to a referral network of over 125,000 professionals throughout more than 100 countries across the globe. Outside of leads and referrals, they also benefit from having global brand recognition, and some of the best technology, tools, training and resources that the industry has to offer.

We’re excited to continue to grow the commercial network through 2019 (and beyond) and will keep the global network updated on new milestones hit as we achieve them!
